GLV ROOM SANITATION PROTOCOLS. Prior to COVID-19, GLV employed extensive health, safety and hygiene measures. These operational practices will continue and we are implementing new systems and technology for cleaning and disinfecting. State-of-the-art electrostatic sprayers are used in each room prior to a guest arrival, utilizing the highest level of disinfectants as recommended by the MOH and WHO. GLV has increased cleaning and sanitization protocols, using Ecolab hospital-grade peroxide multi-surface cleaner and chemicals. Housekeeping team members are trained on all cleaning protocols with a principal focus on 10 high-touch deep clean areas in the guest room including switches and electronic controls, handles and knobs, major bathroom surfaces, climate control panels, telephones, remote controls and clocks, bed & bedding, bath amenities and more.
